About overseas delivery

Our store supports overseas delivery to the following countries and regions.

Countries for delivery

Currently, overseas shipping is available to the following countries.

We currently do not support delivery to countries/regions other than those listed above.

Shipping method

Overseas deliveries will be made using our designated international delivery service.

We will select the delivery company based on the details of your order, destination country, product size and weight, etc.

Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery companies.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated number of days required for overseas delivery is as follows.


South Korea: Approximately 3-7 business days after shipping

America: About 5-10 business days after shipping

France: Approximately 5-10 business days after shipping


The above is a guideline, and delivery times may take longer than usual depending on the destination area, customs clearance procedures, local delivery conditions, weather, busy seasons, and other unavoidable circumstances.

About shipping charges

Shipping charges for international shipping vary depending on the destination country, the weight and size of the ordered product, and the shipping method.

Exact shipping charges can be found on the checkout screen.

Please note that free shipping campaigns and free shipping conditions for domestic shipping may not apply to overseas shipping.

About customs duties and import taxes

For overseas deliveries, in addition to the product price and shipping charges, the following costs may be charged by the customs office or shipping company of the destination country.


  • • Customs duties
  • • Import duties
  • • VAT, Value Added Tax
  • • Customs fees
  • • Other taxes and fees incurred in the destination country.


These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our sales prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, etc. that occur in the destination country.

Additionally, the amount and timing of these charges will vary depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, customs, and delivery company regulations.

Please note that we are unable to advise you of the exact amount in advance.

Regarding unpaid customs duties, import taxes, etc.

If the customer refuses to pay duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, etc., the product may be held, returned, or disposed of in the destination country.

In that case, the following costs incurred will be borne by the customer.


  • • Round trip shipping charges.
  • • Return shipping fee
  • • Customs fees
  • • Storage fee
  • • Other costs incurred by the shipping company or customs.


In addition, if the product is returned to our store due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, etc., refusal to receive the product, long-term absence, incorrect address, etc., we may refund the amount minus the above costs from the product price.

Even if the item is returned or discarded, shipping charges and various handling charges will not be refunded.

About customs clearance procedures

For overseas deliveries, customs clearance procedures will be conducted at the customs office of the destination country.

Depending on the status of customs clearance procedures, the expected delivery date may be delayed.

Additionally, customs or the delivery company may request confirmation from you or the submission of additional documents.

In that case, please take care of it yourself.

Our store will not be held responsible if delivery is delayed, returned, or discarded due to customer delays.

About shipping address

When ordering, please provide accurate shipping address, name, phone number, and email address.

In the following cases, delivery may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable.


  • • If the address is incorrect.
  • • If the postal code is incorrect.
  • • Incomplete phone number?
  • • If the building name or room number is missing
  • • If the delivery company cannot contact the customer.


Changes to the shipping address after the order has been confirmed may not be possible depending on the shipping preparation status.

About products that cannot be shipped

Some products may not be able to be shipped overseas due to the laws and regulations of the destination country, customs, and delivery company regulations.

About returns and exchanges

As a general rule, the following rules apply to returns and exchanges for items shipped overseas.


Returns/exchanges due to customer convenience

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped overseas due to customer convenience.


Examples of customer convenience:

  • • The size doesn't fit.
  • • Different from the image
  • • I made a mistake in my order.
  • • Customs duties and import taxes were higher than expected.
  • • Delivery took a long time.
  • • Refusal to receive the item.


In case of defective product or incorrect delivery

If the product is defective or you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us after receiving the product. Please contact us within 7 days.


For verification purposes, we may ask you to provide the following information:

  • • Photos showing the condition of the product
  • • Photos of the outer box/packing materials
  • • Photo of shipping label
  • • Details of defective location


After checking with our store, we will issue a replacement or refund.

We cannot accept returns or returns without prior notice.

About refunds

Please note the following regarding refunds for international shipping orders:


  • • Shipping charges are generally not refundable.
  • • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, etc. are not refundable.
  • • Differences due to exchange rate fluctuations are not refundable.
  • • Fees charged by credit card companies, payment services, banks, etc. are not refundable.

If the item is returned due to refusal of delivery, long-term absence, incorrect address, unpaid customs duties, import taxes, etc., we may refund the amount minus the round-trip shipping fee and various fees.

About changing or canceling order details

Changes or cancellations after the order has been completed may not be accepted depending on the shipping preparation status.

Especially for overseas deliveries, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations, delivery address changes, or product changes after shipping preparations have begun.
